Certified IICRC Instructor, Ian Callahan has over 20 years of experience in the cleaning industry.  He started his first company as a college student in 2002 and then went on to start, build, scale, and successfully sell his multi-crew floorcare/water restoration company.  He also has a Bachelor's degree from University of Nevada, Reno in Secondary Education and currently is a Licensed Career and Technical Education teacher, teaching Construction at a local High School. Ian is an IICRC Master Textile Cleaner, Senior Carpet Inspector, and has served on the IICRC S100 committee to help write and revise the current carpet cleaning standards for residential carpet cleaning. Ian still works in the field as he operates a carpet and floor repair service. If it has to do with floorcare, Ian has done it. One of his greatest passions is helping others to succeed in the business of floorcare service by sharing the knowledge he spent his career learning the hard way.
