Ian Callahan is an IICRC Credentialed Senior Carpet Inspector. Ian has served on the S100 committee for the IICRC, is a certified IICRC Instructor, has a B.A. in Secondary Education from UNR, and is an IICRC certified Master Textile Cleaner. With nearly 20 years in the carpet industry, personal experience in Dalton, GA touring the carpet mills, and a vast array of connections in the industry, Ian is a great choice for your carpet inspection needs. Based in Reno, NV, Ian offers carpet inspections in the greater Northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe Region, but will travel anywhere on a case-by-case basis.
My Story
I started, built, operated, and successfully sold a multi-crew carpet cleaning company. I also have a lengthy experience with Water Damage Restoration, Odor Remediation, Re-installation and repair as well as Color Damage Repair. I am an active contributor to the IICRC and several of the standards, exams, and processes they publish. If there is an issue with a carpet I can't determine, I guarantee you that I know another expert in the industry who can, and will consult with them accordingly. My investigations are thorough, non-biased, evidence-based, and professionally and succinctly written to help you obtain clarity on whatever concern is at hand.
